Charlotte Huskins Well, it was pretty calm, pretty quiet. I mean, you could actually just like walk out, and kids, we could like walk to the store and stuff, and walk back home, and didn’t have to worry about anything. Me and my brother, we did that a lot- we walked down. They used to be able to store right up here, and we’d walk down to the store. We used to get drinks and drink ’em, and then return them so we could get the nickel back off of it

Charlotte Huskins  Now I do still have an old Brownie bottle. They don’t even make Brownie anymore, so yeah, they replaced it with Yoohoo. But I’ve got an old glass Brownie bottle. It has a little dwarf thing on there.
