About the Artist

Iñigo Manglano-Ovalle (b. 1961) is a conceptual artist known for sculpture, video, installation, and community-based projects that explore identity, migration, and the social and environmental consequences of modern systems. He is the Lorraine H. Morton Professor of Art and Chair of the Department of Art, Theory, and Practice at Northwestern University.
