Well, it’s a great place to raise kids. I mean, it’s a very safe place. Our kids can hop on their bikes and ride downtown if they have a flat tire on their bike. Somebody’s going to stop and help them. Probably load them in their pickup and get them to where it needs to get fixed.

And everybody watches out for each other and cares for each other. It’s just a very unique place to raise children. And I think with the internet, and the way people can maybe work from home, I think we’re going to see more people come back to these small areas. Because the most important part of your life is your children, and if you can raise them and teach them values and respect and how to work hard, that gives them a long way to go in life.
